Deferral at glencorse?

Hi There.I posted a note on here the other day about my son being deferred at glecorsre and that he was going to see his gp on monday..Well that happened and his doctor couldnt believe it as he said he has had no symptons at all of eczema and it was only very mild back then .He had been clear for five and a half years.He said he would have no problem in sending a letter.Does anybody think that this could be overturned or deferred for a lesser period of time which is currently 3 years.
