I made a beauty channel on youtube and..?

I need some help. I have 2 subscribers & 17 views & I really wanna suceed at this.. How can get more views and more subscribers without having to flood peoples channels and comments with the whole "subscribe to me" thing. That seems a little annoying to me and I want people to LIKE me. Thanks in advance!!
