I am looking at buying a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee that has about 81,000 miles on it and has a rebuilt title.?

The Jeep looks beautiful. I ran a car fax on it and it has 6 previous owners. I love the look of the car it has lots of upgrades. The rebuilt title prior to the rebuild stated that it was salvage due to flood. I see on the carfax that it was reissued a rebuilt title within 2 months of the orig salvage titile being issued. Obviously I have a ,aster mechanic checking the Jeep over but I just am questioning whether or not it's worth it to invest $7,000. The KBB says in good condition 11,500 appx. What do you think I should do? I do need something that is going to be mechanically sound and stable. This Jeep from the outside looks amazing and has lots of upgrades galore. Any advice is appreciated.
