Does God Hate Humanity?

It certainly seems like it. He killed everyone in that flood apparently. And you may say everyone sinned but what about all the innocent babies and children who didn't have the capacity to understand these things or all the innocent animals! There's no excuse. And then why bother creating humanity in the first place? Is he mentally not right or what?
