Do Universitys in the Netherlands let you have a deferred entry?

I really want to go to the University College Utrecht but I am going to do a gap year and it will be very hard for me to apply to the university and go to an interview while I'm somewhere in south america or africa... Do any of you know if it is possible to get a deferred entry for dutch unis?
