HELP! Do i take the bamboo out of my honeysuckle plant ?

Do i take the bamboo out of my honeysuckle plant (i bought it that way) but i want my honey suckle to grow up my lattice. or do i keep them in the plant and just plant the honeysuckle how is right next to the lattice???
