How do i transfer my probation from Colorado to Georgia?

I am 17 years old and trying to transfer probation. one of the issues is i would not be moving with a parent or guardian. i would be living with my older sister who is 21. my father (mother is not the picture) is willing to sign power of attorney to my sister. the other issue is that is that my case is deferred. I am not too sure what that means. i understand people transfer probation all the time. what do i need to do to transfer my probation the state of Georgia.
