What's the minimum insulation thickness on a 32nm microprocessor process?
The 22 and the 45? I get from Wikipedia articles that some things don't decrease proportionally anymore but don't know if this is the one of them, and 0.7 nm anything when the size of the crystal lattice is 0.543 nm confuses me.
